I think rally's is one of the best fast food restaraunts around. My only complaint with this rally's is that when i get food around midnight or so, the fried foods seem fairly old and not as crispy as they ought to be. Otherwise the service is usually very good and the food quality is great. Only at the midnight shift is there ever a problem with freshness.
